Pre-oxidized fiber composite silicone cloth

Characteristics of pre-oxidized fiber composite silicone cloth:

① High temperature resistance and flame retardancy

Temperature range: long-term resistance from -70℃ to 280℃, instantaneous temperature resistance up to 300℃~1000℃.

Flame retardant rating: The limiting oxygen index of pre-oxidized fiber base material reaches 35-55, No melting, dripping, or spreading of fire, and no toxic black smoke when exposed to fire

High-temperature stability: Can be used for a long time at 200℃, and still maintains structural integrity with instantaneous high-temperature resistance at 1000℃.

② Physical and chemical properties

Mechanical strength: High tensile strength, good flexibility, can be cut and processed.

Weather resistance: Resistant to ozone, ultraviolet light, and climate aging, long service life in the field.

Chemical inertness: Resistant to acids, alkalis, oil stains, and organic solvents, Waterproof and impermeable

③ Functional parameters

It is insulating and suitable for high-voltage environments.

① Electrical insulation and new energy

High-voltage equipment protection

Using high insulation, it is made into insulation cloth, sleeves, etc., for insulation protection of transformers, motors, cable joints and other components, and can withstand high voltage loads.

New energy vehicle battery safety
Used as a thermal insulation layer between battery cells in power battery modules to prevent thermal runaway of individual battery cells from causing chain reactions.
