① High-temperature resistance
Continuous use temperature up to 200℃, instantaneous temperature resistance 300℃, maintaining structural stability at high temperatures.
The pre-oxidation process significantly improves thermal stability; it does not shrink or melt when burning, and has excellent flame retardancy.

Application fields of aramid pre-oxidized fiber composite base fabric felt
① High-temperature industrial dust removal
Incinerators: Used in bag dust collectors for steel plants (sintering, blast furnaces, converters, electric furnaces), cement plants (kiln head, kiln tail), coal/gas-fired power plants, incinerators, chemical plants, and smelters. As the core material of dust removal filter bags, it withstands acidic flue gas and high temperatures, has a long lifespan, and saves costs.
Cement plants/iron and steel plants: Can operate stably for a long time at 180°C - 250°C or even higher (depending on fiber ratio and process), handling flue gas containing high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive components (such as SOx, NOx), with high filtration efficiency and long service life. Used for kiln tail dust collection and blast furnace gas purification, withstanding alkaline dust and 200℃ fluctuations.
② Fire prevention and thermal protection
Fire suits, flame-retardant bags: Utilizing hydrophobic and fire-resistant properties.
