Pre-oxidized fiber woven fabric is flexible and corrosion-resistant, applied to firefighter combat suits

Excellent Properties of Pre-oxidized Fiber Woven Fabrics

Flame Retardancy and Thermal Stability

High Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI>45%): Difficult to burn in air,

self-extinguishing after leaving the fire source, no melting or shrinkage during combustion, low smoke generation and no toxic gas release.

High Temperature Resistance: Long-term use temperature up to 250-600°C, short-term withstand 1000°C high temperature,

Low thermal conductivity (0.06 W/(m·K)), significantly improved heat insulation efficiency.

Chemical and Physical Stability

Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, oils and organic solvents,

maintaining structural integrity in corrosive environments.

Good Mechanical Properties: Although the strength is lower than carbon fiber (<300 MPa),

it has good flexibility and spinnability, suitable for needle punching, weaving and other processing technologies.

Safety and Environmental Protection

Non-toxic degradation: The combustion residue is a non-toxic carbonized layer that can be naturally degraded.

Application Fields of Pre-oxidized Fiber Woven Fabrics

Special Protective Equipment

Firefighting and Special Operations Suits: Used as a fire-retardant interlayer,

used in special operations suits, combining flame retardancy and wearing comfort.

Industrial Flame-retardant Workwear: Flame-retardant and anti-static fabrics,

used in oil and chemical industry workwear, improving safety and sewing efficiency.
Transportation

Brake Systems in High-speed Rail and Aircraft Components: Pre-oxidized fibers are woven into brake disc preforms,

with better wear resistance than metal materials (such as high-speed rail brake pads).

Interior Decoration and Seating: Woven fabrics are used in high-speed rail seat fire-retardant layers and aircraft cabin fire-retardant carpets,

meeting fire-retardant standards and lightweight.

Automotive Interior Manufacturing: Engine compartment heat shields, fire-retardant fabric covers, reducing the risk of spontaneous combustion.

Industry and Energy

Sealing and Insulation Materials: High-temperature pipe sealing fillers, industrial furnace insulation layers, replacing traditional asbestos.

New Energy Batteries: Electrode substrates for large-scale energy storage batteries, resistant to electrolyte corrosion and flame retardant.

Construction and Home Furnishings

Fireproof Building Materials: Fire blankets, building sound insulation wall fillers (such as composite aluminum foil pre-oxidized fiber non-woven fabrics).

Home Fire Retardant: Mattress fire-retardant layer, wrapping polyurethane foam to prevent fire spread.
