Pre-oxidized fiber composite fabric fire-resistant cotton is made by needle-punching pre-oxidized fiber non-woven fabric. The base fabric is woven with pre-oxidized fiber yarn. The combination of the two makes the structure tight, and it is used in the manufacture of fire-resistant clothing fabrics and high-temperature industrial curtain fabrics.

 

Pre-oxidized fiber composite fabric has fire resistance, flame retardancy, and high-temperature resistance properties. Because the limiting oxygen index (LOI) > 45%, it does not burn or melt when exposed to an open flame, and it self-extinguishes when removed from the flame source. The combustion residue is a non-toxic carbonized layer.

Temperature resistance range: long-term resistance to 200~300℃, instantaneous temperature resistance 1000℃, no deformation at high temperature. It has high heat insulation and physical stability, and a low thermal conductivity of about 0.06 W/(m·K), significantly reducing heat conduction. After being compounded with aluminum foil, the heat radiation reflection ability is even stronger.

 

Resistant to strong acids and alkalis oils and organic solvents, hydrolysis and mildew, and has a long service life. Environmental protection and convenient processing, excellent spinnability, no adhesive added, naturally degradable, soft and skin-friendly, and non-irritating to human skin. Soft and easy to cut supports customized weight and adapts to complex shape construction.

 

Application areas

Rail transit

Lightweight heat insulation layer: used for high-speed rail/subway car body panels and seat filling.

Brake system wrapping: pre-oxidized fiber non-woven fabric covers brake pads, wear-resistant and flame-retardant.

Construction and fire protection

Fire-resistant and soundproof walls: filling the wall cavity, sound absorption coefficient > 0.8, with both sound insulation and fire protection (such as composite aluminum foil type).

Escape equipment: fire blankets, fire-resistant clothing lining, reusable.

Industrial protection

High-temperature sealing: replacing asbestos as valve/pipeline sealing filler, temperature resistant to 600℃.

Battery safety: energy storage battery electrode substrate, flame-retardant and resistant to electrolyte corrosion.

Home and special scenarios

Fire-resistant mattress: flame-retardant layer wrapped in polyurethane foam.

Incense burner/ashtray pad: black pre-oxidized fiber composite aluminum foil, resistant to high-temperature open flame contact.
