Kaitun offers a wide selection of high-temperature, cut-resistant industrial protective gloves.

This tweet introduces gloves made of high-performance fiber materials, each with unique functions and advantages, including fire resistance, high-temperature resistance, cut resistance, and wear resistance, suitable for various types of high-risk work scenarios.

Pre-oxidized fiber non-woven gloves

Pre-oxidized fiber fire-resistant cotton gloves use fire-resistant cotton as the main body, with anti-slip silicone composite on the fire-resistant cotton, and aramid flame-retardant thread is used for sewing at the joints, making them easy to use.

Because of the high limiting oxygen index of pre-oxidized fiber, it does not burn when encountering fire, so it is suitable for the protection of workers in front of smelting furnaces. It is also suitable for baking and grilling at home. Its high-temperature resistance allows it to protect hands when taking food out of a hot oven.

Mainly used in metal smelting, casting, forging, welding, glass manufacturing, fire fighting and other working environments that require direct contact with high temperatures or open flames.

Pre-oxidized fiber composite aluminum foil gloves

The palm of the pre-oxidized fiber composite aluminum foil glove is made of pre-oxidized fiber non-woven fabric, and the back is made of composite aluminum foil. The pre-oxidized fiber non-woven fabric is soft, lightweight, skin-friendly, non-irritating, and high-temperature resistant; aluminum foil has the characteristic of reflecting thermal radiation.

Suitable for high-temperature welding and steelmaking worker protection.

Pre-oxidized fiber aramid blended gloves

The color of pre-oxidized fiber aramid blended gloves varies depending on the blending ratio.

The palm of the glove is thickened and reinforced with aramid plain weave fabric and sewn with aramid flame-retardant thread.

Aramid pre-oxidized fiber blended composite aluminum foil gloves

Aramid pre-oxidized fiber blended composite aluminum foil gloves are made of aramid pre-oxidized fiber blended woven fabric and then composite aluminum foil.

The aramid pre-oxidized fiber blend improves the overall high-temperature resistance of the gloves and enhances the flame-retardant and fire-resistant properties.

Aramid non-woven gloves

There are four types of aramid non-woven gloves:

Aramid 1414 gloves, felt sewn palm style

Aramid 1414 gloves, felt sewn finger style

Aramid 1414 gloves, long filament sewn palm style

Aramid 1414 gloves, long filament sewn finger style

It has flame-retardant and fire-resistant properties, high-temperature resistance and wear resistance. The finger style (five-finger style) is more suitable for protection in a fine high-temperature working environment than the palm style (two-finger style).

Mainly used in welding, casting, glass manufacturing and other high-temperature operations, as well as in the petrochemical and power industries where there is a risk of flash fires and electric arcs.
Aramid composite aluminum foil gloves

The palm of the aramid composite aluminum foil glove is made of aramid non-woven fabric, and the back of the hand is a layer of aluminum foil composite on the aramid non-woven fabric.

Aluminum foil has a very high thermal reflectivity. The aluminum foil composite layer can also provide a certain ability to prevent molten metal splashes and hot liquid splashes.

Mainly used in casting (pouring molten metal); high-temperature furnace operation; welding; occasions with extremely high radiant heat risk.

Aramid knitted gloves

Aramid knitted gloves are made of aramid fibers using a knitting process. The knitted structure gives them good flexibility, comfort and fit, and excellent cut resistance, wear resistance and tear resistance.

Mainly used in metal processing (cutting, stamping, assembly); glass processing and handling; construction (tile, stone cutting); automobile manufacturing and repair; food processing (handling sharp knives).

Polyimide non-woven gloves

Polyimide gloves have high temperature resistance and flame retardant properties.

Adding a composite aluminum foil protector to the back of the glove allows for flexible use in different environments.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene knitted gloves

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene knitted gloves are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers using a knitting process. They have high strength, low density, and excellent cut resistance, wear resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

Mainly used in high-risk cut-resistant scenarios (such as handling sharp knives and metal sheets); cut-resistant work requiring long-term wear and emphasizing lightness and flexibility (such as meat cutting and fish processing).
