Pre-oxidized fiber needle-punched non-bonded cotton is a non-bonded thermal insulation material with certain strength and fluffy structure, mainly made from pre-oxidized fibers based on polyacrylonitrile (PAN). ① Fire resistance and flame retardancy
Non-combustible material: Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) reaches 40-58, decomposition temperature ≥640℃, does not burn or spread when encountering an open flame, does not shrink during combustion, and has no molten drops.
High-temperature resistance: Long-term resistance to 250-280℃ high temperature, can withstand higher temperatures for a short time, suitable for high-temperature sealing and protection scenarios.

No chemical additives: No adhesives are used throughout the production process, no formaldehyde, and no dust.

Rail Transit
Mainly used in the car body insulation layer and sound insulation system of high-speed rail, subways, and EMUs, meeting fire safety standards while reducing vehicle weight. With a high sound absorption coefficient, it effectively reduces wheel-rail noise and air conditioning system resonance, improving passenger comfort.
Used for seat filling, ceiling lining, etc. The non-adhesive process avoids formaldehyde release, the material is soft, mildew-proof, and antibacterial, meeting the environmental requirements of the carriage.
