Polyimide pre-oxidized fiber blended composite base fabric felt is a non-woven fabric reinforced by needle-punching after mixing polyimide fibers and pre-oxidized fibers in a certain proportion, and the composite fabric is made into felt.
High temperature resistance, heat insulation, flame retardant and fireproof, with a high limiting oxygen index; it directly carbonizes when encountering an open flame, slowing down the spread of fire and self-extinguishing after removing the flame; it has electrical insulation; acid and alkali corrosion resistance; good mechanical strength, impact resistance, and wear resistance.
1. High-temperature flue gas dust removal
Bag filter dust collector filter bag base material in industries such as garbage incineration power plants, coal/biomass boilers, cement kilns, metallurgy, and chemical engineering, where the temperature is extremely high and may contain sparks and corrosive gases.
Used in bag dust removal systems for coal-fired power plants and garbage incineration plants, withstanding 260℃ high temperature and acidic waste gas; used in the cement and steel industries to treat ultrafine dust in kiln tail gas and blast furnace gas, etc.
2. Fireproof and heat insulation materials
Heat insulation pads, fire blankets, and fire suit linings that require a higher flame retardant rating and high temperature resistance.
