Aramid pre-oxidized fiber blended aluminum foil fabric It is made by blending aramid fibers and pre-oxidized fibers in a specific proportion to produce an aramid pre-oxidized fiber blended woven fabric using a weaving process, and then using a composite process to composite the aluminum foil to one side of the woven fabric.
Characteristics of Aramid Pre-oxidized Fiber Blended Aluminum Foil Fabric
① High temperature resistance, long-term high temperature resistance 200-300℃, carbonization does not melt at high temperature;
② Flame retardant and fireproof, high limiting oxygen index, does not burn directly when encountering an open flame, has self-extinguishing properties, and self-extinguishes after leaving the fire;
③ Corrosion resistance, resistant to most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents;
④ Good mechanical strength, high tensile strength, good tear resistance;
⑤ The composite aluminum foil has the function of reflecting thermal radiation, significantly reducing the back temperature.
