High-temperature resistance and flame retardancy

Pre-oxidized fibers can be carbonized at high temperatures to form a stable structure, giving the material excellent high-temperature resistance (typically withstanding 200-400℃) and self-extinguishing properties (self-extinguishing after leaving the fire).

Acrylic itself also has a certain flame retardancy, and after blending with pre-oxidized fiber, it further improves the overall flame retardant performance.

Chemical stability

It has good resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and maintains structural stability even at high temperatures.

Lightweight and high strength

Pre-oxidized fiber has a low density (approximately 1.4 g/cm³), making the blended material lightweight, while maintaining high mechanical strength (such as tensile strength and wear resistance).
