Flame Retardancy and Thermal Stability

Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) ≥40% The pre-oxidized fiber itself has an LOI of 45-55%, does not burn or melt under open flames, and self-extinguishes after removing the flame; after blending with flame-retardant acrylic fiber, it still maintains an LOI >35%, far exceeding the civilian flame-retardant standard (27%).

High Temperature Resistance ：

Long-term working temperature 220℃ (strength unchanged), short-term tolerance 240℃;

Starts to decompose at 370℃, carbonizes at 400℃, and does not shrink or melt during combustion.

Mechanical Properties

Balance of Strength and Toughness The pre-oxidized fiber has lower strength (170-400 MPa), but the addition of acrylic fiber (strength ≥3.5 cN/dtex, breaking elongation 8-15%) improves the fabric's flexibility and spinnability, avoiding the brittleness of pure pre-oxidized fiber.

Durability Tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, suitable for repeated use scenarios (such as protective clothing, fire blankets).

Chemical and Environmental Stability

Resistant to most inorganic acids, organic solvents, and oils, resistant to hydrolysis and steam corrosion;

No toxic fumes are released, meeting environmental requirements (compared to traditional materials such as asbestos).

Other Functions

Heat Insulation A medium-thick structure of 300g/m² provides a good heat insulation layer, with a thermal conductivity of about 0.047-0.056 W/(m·K);
