Protective performance of Aramid Non-Woven Fabric
The aramid non-woven fabric is deeply integrated into the multi-layer structure of the firefighting suit, covering the outer fabric, heat insulation layer, and comfort layer:
Outer protection: Composite aluminum foil coating, reflecting more than 90% of heat radiation, resisting a 1500℃ instantaneous high-temperature impact.
Heat insulation and buffering: Multi-layer aramid non-woven fabric overlapping design, thermal protective performance (TPP) reaches more than 35 cal/cm², effectively blocking heat transfer.

Limiting oxygen index (LOI) ≥28%, only carbonization, no combustion, no dripping, and no release of toxic gases when encountering fire.
It has high temperature resistance characteristics and heat insulation functions. The long-term use temperature reaches 220℃, and the carbonized layer quickly thickens to form a heat insulation barrier.

Aramid non-woven fabric supports customized production:
Supports flexible adjustment of gram weight (100-800gsm), thickness (1-6mm), width (1-2.4m), and composite process (composite adhesive, composite aluminum foil, blended pre-oxidized yarn, blended polyimide, etc., such as anti-static, waterproof) to meet different protection needs.
