Pre-oxidized fiber blended acrylic woven fabric

High-temperature resistance and flame retardancy

Pre-oxidized fiber can be carbonized at high temperatures to form a stable structure, giving the material excellent high-temperature resistance (typically withstands 200-400℃) and self-extinguishing properties (self-extinguishing after leaving the fire).

Acrylic itself also has a certain flame retardancy, and after being blended with pre-oxidized fiber, it further improves the overall flame retardant performance.

Chemical stability

It has good resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and can maintain structural stability even at high temperatures.

Lightweight and high strength

Pre-oxidized fiber has a low density (about 1.4 g/cm³), and the blended material is lightweight while maintaining high mechanical strength (such as tensile strength and wear resistance).

Softness and comfort

The addition of acrylic improves the stiffness of pre-oxidized fiber used alone, making the fabric softer, more breathable, and suitable for applications in direct contact with the skin.

UV resistance and weather resistance

Acrylic has excellent light resistance, and after blending, the fabric has outstanding anti-aging performance in outdoor environments.

Low thermal conductivity

Both fibers have a low thermal conductivity coefficient and are suitable for use as heat insulation materials.

Applications:

Protective clothing

Firefighting suits, welding suits, high-temperature work clothes, etc., using their flame-retardant and heat-insulating properties to protect the human body.

Aerospace

High-temperature heat insulation layer, rocket nozzle lining, and flame-retardant interior materials for aircraft cabins.

Industrial field

High-temperature filter materials (such as flue gas dust removal bags), heat-insulating blankets, and sealing gaskets.

Construction and transportation

Fireproof curtains, flame-retardant fabrics for seats (such as high-speed rail and aircraft seats), and building insulation layers.

Electronics and electricity

Battery separators, insulation materials (because the conductivity of pre-oxidized fiber after carbonization is controllable).

Special purpose textiles

Anti-arc gloves, anti-static work clothes (need to be combined with conductive fiber processing).

Self-extinguishing when encountering fire, protecting family safety

Pre-oxidized fiber acrylic blended woven fabric is used in home curtains to prevent the spread of fire and avoid the risk of traditional curtains and sofas accelerating combustion after catching fire.

UV resistant, lasting like new

Pre-oxidized fiber acrylic blended woven fabric solves the pain points of fabric furniture fading and becoming brittle, and its durability reduces long-term replacement costs.

Safety and aesthetics

Pre-oxidized fiber acrylic blended woven fabric supports customization and is soft and skin-friendly.
